Running to engineer a better world
When I was 12 I competed in the inter-school cross country race and ran 3kms. Now 14 years later I'm putting my running shoes on again and hoping to run a little further.....
I'm doing the 10km run to raise money for Engineers Without Borders; an organisation that is improving the quality of life in disadvantaged communities. Engineers are involved in almost all development outcomes and are assisting communities that don't have access to clean water, toilets, energy and waste systems.
